FOIA status report (which we submitted in Feburary).

Regarding FOI, the FDA returned our call 3017962697 or fax 3018478442 and said they are working on 2007 call back in 6 months for a status on req or we could change the scope from all external and internal to something not as wide???

Spoke with Eli Landy at the FDA who is working on the request. I was informed that the "panel" mentioned in the Proctor-Gamble letter was convened in 1976!?! (I had assumed that the panel had met recently and issued the letter.) So the question now becomes who instigated the letter based on a panel convened in 1976!?
