I have been using Tower Ascorsine9 ( 2 scoops, twice a day) for about a month and
have shown moderate improvement.
I have also ordered Dr Rath's LysineC heart disease cure.
Is it ok to take both of these products at the same time?

Normally vitamin C to bowel tolerance, but we usually recommend a maximum 5000 to 6000 mg lysine, although we know people who have taken twice this much without a problem.
