I've done a little reading on vitamin E. Some say it's good---some say it's not so good. So at this point I don't know if I should be taking it on a regular basis or no. I would suggest doing a Google search before taking it regularly.

According to a little-known study by the World Health Organization as reported by author and CoQ10 expert Sinatra, a large epidemiological study found that low serum vitamin E was a strong predictor of heart attack, much stronger than either high cholesterol or high blood pressure. It seems that the deficiency "disease" caused by not taking vitamin E - is heart attack.
Pauling devotes an entire chapter to vitamin E in his book, HOW TO LIVE LONGER AND FEEL BETTER, and not only should everyone be taking vitamin E, especially heart patients, but I believe it is dangerous not to. (We've posted my family stories of heart attacks that occurred approximately 2 weeks after running out of vitamin E and stopping cold turkey.)
